Can’t ask any better agent as a first home buyer!
Don’t even know where to start- Lisa is just an amazing realtor! It was our first time buying a house for me and my husband, so we didn’t know where to even begin and it was scary. Lisa went through step by step with us; she is so knowledgeable! She always looked for us, communicating well with us as well as the sellers. We got our dream home which had multiple offers, and Lisa did everything she could do and suggested some awesome strategies to us, which obviously worked out! Friendly, dedicated, and highly experienced
After touring a couple houses with a real estate agent assigned to us by Zillow, my husband and I decided to seek out an agent who fit our house hunt a little better. We instantly noticed a huge difference between Lisa and her competition. She met with us for coffee before we saw any houses and gave us lots of information about the home buying process, which was very helpful since we were first time home buyers. A caring professional from the word go! We eventually decided to make an offer on a house that was for sale by owner. It was a tricky situation since the owners weren't represented by a seller's agent, but Lisa took it on without hesitation and made sure the process went smoothly both for the sellers and for us. We ended up paying $20,000 less than the list price for the house, and I'm sure Lisa's negotiation skills helped make that possible. Lisa was always tactful and resourceful. We could tell how much knowledge she had about the area just from going on house tours with her. More often than not, she had sold a house a few doors down from the one we were looking at! She worked weekends and took phone calls from us late at night. Even after we had purchased our house, she kept in touch, helping connect us with other young people in our community who she thought we might enjoy getting to know. In a high stakes moment, having Lisa on our team gave us great peace of mind.
