We instantly noticed a huge difference between Lisa and her competition. She met with us for coffee before we saw any houses and gave us lots of information about the home buying process, which was very helpful since we were first time home buyers. A caring professional from the word go! We eventually decided to make an offer on a house that was for sale by owner. It was a tricky situation since the owners weren't represented by a seller's agent, but Lisa took it on without hesitation and made sure the process went smoothly both for the sellers and for us.
